There are a lot of MLMers who have been around the industry for several years and totally blew it doing exactly what they were told to do by their uplines. First, they created a warm market and bugged their family and friends, then tried to run newspaper ads, tried to prospect online or locally. And the worst they could do - buy leads that were sold to who know how many other marketers. Does this sound familiar? Did your upline promised you a "golden mountains" and as a result you just lost your money and did not gain anything except the headache? This is what actually happening when you take a bunch of people who don’t have a clue about sales and marketing and have them tell a bunch of other people who don’t have a clue about sales or marketing, to go make a bunch of money doing it.

Here is an " MLM Rule of Life" that every marketer has to accept: "Most people resist change in their life!" Why? Mainly, when chance has entered person's life in the past, it usually came in the form of loss, not gain.

I am not an exception. I've never been involves in the MLMs, because I am NOT a salesperson. And all these methods are not for me.

Have you ever asked yourself : "There should be a better way to do this. Something is missing - it cannot be this hard." I have. That's why I continue looking. I got lucky - I found " The 7 Great lies of Internet Marketing " by Ann Sieg . I downloaded this FREE e-book and read it at once. I immediately knew that this is what I was looking for a long time. This is a completely new concept of attracting prospects to you (as an opposite to chasing prospects).

" The 7 Great lies of Internet Marketing " pointed out all seven things that "old school" marketers led to believe in. Here they are:

Lie #1-Everyone is your prospect!

Lie #2-This really isn't sales. We just share products with people.

Lie #3-Anyone can do this!

Lie #4-We'll build your business for you.

Lie #5-We have the best product ever!

Lie #6-You just don't have enough belief!

                     Lie #7-The proven system.

Is this what your upline told you? You can listen to Ann in her own words and you will, first, get over the "I failed" idea and, second, regain the confidence in yourself.
